1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
Customers may request a return or refund within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. All return items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all original tags and accessories attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing components will not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Final Sale Items
Discounted items, clearance items, and promotional products are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
3. How to Submit a Return / Refund Request
To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer support team with your order number and detailed request:

We will reply within 24–48 business hours and provide you with return instructions and return address details. Please do not send returns without prior confirmation from our support team.
4. Shipping Fees for Returns
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly due to our error. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will approve or deny your refund request within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow additional 3–5 business days for funds to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing speed.
6. Damaged / Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days after delivery with photos or videos as proof. We will offer a free replacement, partial refund, or full refund based on the actual situation at no extra cost to the customer.
7. Exchanges
We support product exchanges for size or color changes within the 30-day return window, subject to product stock availability. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
8. Policy Updates
