This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping, processing, delivery terms, and related regulations for all orders placed on our Shopify store. By placing an order with us, you agree to the shipping terms stated below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays. Processing time excludes shipping transit time. During peak seasons, sales promotions or holidays, order processing may be delayed slightly, and we will update customers promptly.

2. Shipping Regions & Carriers

We provide worldwide shipping services to most countries and regions, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European countries, Australia, and other international destinations. We cooperate with reliable international logistics carriers to ensure stable and safe package delivery.
Note: Puerto Rico and Saskatchewan are included in our available shipping areas.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time varies by destination:
  • US & Canada: 7–15 business days
  • European Countries: 10–20 business days
  • Other International Regions: 15–25 business days
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, which may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, logistics delays and other objective factors.

4. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on the customer’s shipping address, package weight and product quantity at checkout. We offer free shipping promotions for eligible orders according to ongoing store activities. All shipping costs are clearly displayed before order payment, with no hidden charges.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send a confirmation email with a valid tracking number and tracking link. You can monitor your package delivery status online in real time. Please allow 2–3 days for the tracking information to update after shipment.

6. International Customs & Duties

For international orders, any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for additional fees incurred during customs clearance. Please check your local import regulations before placing an order.

7. Undeliverable & Returned Packages

Packages returned due to incorrect customer address, recipient refusal to receive, or unclaimed delivery will be handled according to logistics rules. Customers need to bear the return shipping cost and reshipping fee if a re-delivery is required.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, severely damaged or missing items upon delivery, please contact our customer support with order information and proof photos within 7 days after delivery. We will verify the issue and provide solutions including reshipment, partial refund or full refund.

9. Shipping Exceptions

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, epidemic control, customs policy changes, logistics suspension and other uncontrollable situations.
